JACK FEILER, PRESIDENT & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Mr. Feiler is a founder and Principal of Palisade Capital and member of the Investment Policy Committee. In 1970, Mr. Feiler joined Burnham && Co. as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of Broad Street Investment Management. In 1990, Mr. Feiler joined Smith Barney as Senior Vice President of Investments and, in 1995, co-founded Palisade Capital. Mr. Feiler received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor's degree from City College of New York.
